For all those people who think that exercise is extremely tedious as well as boring, are somewhat right but to an extent. But at the same time, we all know that exercise is important as well. But although we know this fact, we (infact most of us) don't give much importance to a regular exercise schedule. Same is was the case with me. But not anymore!
When I was a teenager, I used to play a lot of sports but as I started getting older with the passage of time, I noticed that it's just getting harder and harder to stay slim. But at the same time I just used to hate the idea of doing exercise! I started noticing that my bust is inflating and my buts are growing bigger and bigger. I just asked myself, what I am doing to myself? Every one is calling me fat. But I was never like this before. Is it due to the pressure of work station or intake of all kinds of junk food? Or both? I immediately got the answer. It is due to the fact that I don't perform any kind of physical work out at all! May be I used to just hate the idea of exercising. I used to find the whole idea immensely boring! But my options were vanishing!I was getting bigger and bigger! I had to do some serious brainstorming.
But recently I got myself indulge in this amazing sport of tennis, all thanks to my friend who introduced me to this game in a practical way. All my life I just enjoyed watching on my bug television set eating a big bag of chips but now this sport is helping me to lose weight and get into shape by playing it with my friends! It's really fun. It has been only a month or so and I have already started feeling the difference! Here are some of the other sports that you can try!
